• The terrain of the main island and several of the
Grenadines is mountainous.
• Besides the main island, 7 other islands are inhabited.

La Soufriere, which towers 4.048 ft. over the rainforest
below.

• The climate is tropical, with an average of around

• The country experiences two distinct rainfall periods -
